Biography

Louie Gonz (Luis A. Gonzalez Jr.), formerly known as Spit Supreme, was born on September 8, 1985. Raised in the streets of Worcester, Massachusetts, he first began listening to hip-hop at the age of twelve. As time passed, Louie would develop a passion for spinning 12" inch hip-hop singles, practicing mix routines, and recording mixtapes. When it came time to upgrade his equipment however, funds became an issue and he was forced to find another way to involve himself in the culture that had become such a large part of his life. It was this point in time where "Spit Supreme" emerged. "During middle school and high school I wrote a lot of poetry. After years of hard work, trying to develop a writing and recording style and persona, Louie began releasing numerous projects as part of the hip-hop group "Personal F.O.U.L." Later, he would release a solo album titled "Whole Life For This" under Rawkus Records as part of the "Rawkus 50", which was an effort by the label to expose some of the best new artists of 2007. Since then, Louie has released multiple albums and mixtapes and has developed a continuously expanding fan-base. Louie decided to part with the name "Spit Supreme" to continue his career as "Louie Gonz;" a nickname that has been with him since childhood. To date, Louie has many ventures in the works and is looking forward to working with main stream and up & coming artists and producers to create a catalog of quality and timeless music.
