Kevin Martinez aka MZ! is a 20 year old Mexican American Singer/Songwriter from New Jersey, at 14 he fell in love with the art of music watching beat tutorials on YouTube. he opened his laptop and gave beat making try, little did he know his life would change and he would make the greatest decision of his life. He would then go on to make beats in his bedroom with just a laptop & JBL speaker. in his words “the gear was never perfect, but the motivation pushed me though it” from there he would then go to post his beats on SoundCloud for dozens of people to hear! fast forward a year later to the summer of 2019, he moved to Ohio and thought it was over.. little did he know it would be another blessing coming. He would spent countless hours & focused more on his craft, perfected his sound. getting better and better and started to steer more into singing. Fast forward to the summer of 2022 when he purchased his 1st set of Studio Gear. From there he has strived so much & created hits like “Suns & Rays” & “They Come and Go” & continues to make the best content for people, 14 year old him would have never thought he would make it this far and thanks all the souls who have supported him through this journey. “14 year old me would’ve never thought it was possible but I made it regardless of my who likes or dislikes me nothing will stop me from being a somebody in this world” ~ MZ!
