Biography

Cole Pham is a recording artist, a producer, a songwriter, and an overall music enthusiast. Born in Lafayette, LA in 1996, Cole is the son of Johanna and Phuoc Pham, both proud educators in their community. His father is Vietnamese, a product of the refugee crisis following the Vietnam War, and his mother is of Acadian ancestry, having deep ties to the state of Louisiana. In middle school, Cole acquired his first Hip-Hop album, The Marshall Mathers LP. From then on, his passion for Hip-Hop expanded exponentially, as he studied artists such as Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Outkast, and the Notorious B.I.G. His love for the genre became so real, that he started to write his own music. By the end of high school, Cole had produced countless songs, 4 mixtapes, and a studio album. He had a buzz in his city that his friends and family could feel. By then, he was ready to take the training wheels off. His acceptance to the University of Southern California offered an incredible education and an excuse to move to Los Angeles, the Mecca of the music industry. Cole is currently a senior at USC, and is continuing to pursue a career in music. With his pen, he writes his story in hopes of making history.
