I started rapping to cope with my speech impediment at the age of 11, I was inspired by Curtis 50 Cent Jackson. Before picking up a pen, I worked on my freestyle. By 2008, writing was still a challenge but freestyle came naturally. My outlook on rap changed in 2011 when I started listening to Boom Bap. I listened to guys such as KRS-ONE, Rakeem, Guru(Gang Starr), Big L, Tupac, etc. My style of flow changed and over time, I've mastered more than one flow. My influence changed in 2012 when I realized being saved and spitting worldly rhymes didn't go hand in hand. Christian Hip Hop showed me things the world couldn't. The transition came when I heard, in no particular order, Trip Lee, Flame, Lecrae, BumpsINF, Bizzle, Propaganda, Steven Malcolm, and Christian Gray, amongst many others. Although I'm on the Christian path, I still listen to those who started the Culture.
