Thomas Kalisch (aka TOMEX) is an aspiring music producer from Germany. Back in 2008 he started making his first beats and contributed in many different remix contest for names like Linkin Park, Usher and many more. After producing music in electronic genres such as edm, dubstep and bigroom he switched over to dancehall. After 10 years as producer he gained popularity with songs like „Heaven“ featuring vocalists from Jamaica and „Turn Up“ featuring a Nigerian singer. Tomex describes his music style „individual“ and „melodic“. „Current music always gives you a good orientation and inspiration, but a unique signature and a variety of musical knowledge is the key“ Tomex admits. Tomex pursues a specific goal with his music: „With my music productions - which are mostly done by working with singers, producers, music engineers and graphic designers from all over the world only via the world wide web - I want to show everybody that we all are living in one world. I want to give you the feeling of connection, increase the tolerance for every culture and decrease all prejudices.“
