KILEDJIAN is more than just a musician and a producer. He is a visionary who is constantly exploring new musical horizons in search of unique sounds and rhythms. His rich artistic background and boundless creativity make him an artist in a class of his own, making his mark with his singularity and undeniable talent. From an early age, KILEDJIAN (AKA David Kiledjian) developed a passion for music, learning saxophone and piano, while exploring a world of genres, from jazz to hip-hop, electronic music and beyond. Born into a family of multiple origins, much of his inspiration still comes from his Armenian and French roots, which is reflected in his eclectic, borderless music. As a producer, KILEDJIAN has worked on his own projects such as Dowdelin, Hila and FOWATILE, and with artists such as Tigran Hamasyan, Talib Kweli, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson and the Malian group BKO. Lyon-based musician, producer and member of self proclaimed Creole Afro-futurists Dowdelin, KILEDJIAN is readying the release of The Otium Mixtape, his first album under his own name. Laid back, jazz inflected hip-hop beats, soulful guest vocals and futuristic electronics are all permeated with a global touch that is never too far from KILEDJIAN's productions.
