Nico was born August 31st, 1994 in Montreal. 
 From a young age, his intrinsic inclination for music was apparent. Being a third generation musician, he carries to this day, a deep rooted pride he says is "etched" in his last name. 
 At the age of 12, his parents (Cuban Immigrants) decided to make a move to the states, a move to Miami, to be exact. 
 It was there that he perfected his English and was turned on to his favorite show ever aired, "Def Poetry Jam" hosted by Mos Def, a legendary MC. It was this show, along with support from his peers that pushed Nico into the world of live performance. 
 After becoming a regular at most of Miami's most notable Open Mic venues, and perfecting his craft through trial and error, he decided to make a move once again, this time to Orlando, FL. 
 In Orlando, he met Bandana Beatz a seasoned producer from Rochester, NY. After their meeting at a beat battle downtown, they went on to create and release Nico's first E.P titled VulnerABLE and his follow up L.P Introspection
