Elena Karafizi, known professionally as Karafizi, is a captivating Moldovan singer-songwriter of Bulgarian descent, born on May 19, 1994, she has become a prominent figure in the Moldovan music scene. In 2018, Karafizi embarked on a notable collaboration with the renowned Romanian electronic band, Golan, contributing to the release of the single "Rocket Love." This success paved the way for her introduction to the Austrian electro-swing band, Parov Stelar live band. Since 2019 till present, she is touring worldwide with Parov Stelar. On September 25, 2020, Karafizi embarked on her solo journey with the release of her debut single, "Acid Love," from her EP REMEMBER. produced in collaboration with guitarist-producer Andy Oncea. Additionally, on November 13, 2020, she showcased her versatility with her feature release alongside Stelartronic, a side project of Parov Stelar, on the track "In Between." Karafizi further expanded her musical horizons with a collaboration with French producer TÉNÉRÉ on the track "THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT I KNOW," featured on his album. Following the success of her single "So Real," released on September 22, 2023, Karafizi embarked on a new creative journey with producer Ion Tiuticov. Together, they released their second collaborative effort, "Higher," on December 14 of the same year.
