Born on December 17th, 1999, Vernice Herreira, in the Twin Island of Trinidad and Tobago, It all started with Trini Baby’s late brother Mario Herreira (died from cardiomyopathy age: 29) , whom she says is the driving force and inspiration behind her present creative path. Trini has had a passion for singing at the early age of 8. Whether at school, or small events, she has always been able to fascinate her listeners with her exceptional voice. At her current age of 18, Vernice is what one will label an Artist extraordinaire. A writer of lyrics, composer of melodies, a singer/performer with further ability to create, produce and engineer her own recordings. Trini Baby became a Facebook sensation after she began performing covers of popular songs accompanied by her own split videos demonstrating her keen ear for multiple harmonies. It was through this medium she was able to successfully create her own fan-base. She is now known to her ardent fans as Trini Baby, which implies true and original daughter of the soil.
