Boasting a 30 plus year history of writing, free styling, and rapping since the age of 8, Mangani is a movement in the Urban Latino music. Raised between San Jose, California and Loiza, Puerto Rico Mangani has a versatile style which combines West Coast G-Funk, Loiza style underground lyrics, and the cannabis activism and wisdom of a pothead nerd stuck in the 90s. He rapped exclusively in English until 1993 when he heard what were the first reggaeton tracks, known back then strictly as "underground." Since then Mangani has been involved with projects like the Rza's foray into Latin music, Wu Tang Latino, and he produced a mixtape in 2015 which featured various artists from different neighborhoods in his home town, Loiza. These days you can find Mangani collaborating on projects featuring Afro-Beats, and other world genres.
