As a creative, Celia Inside is the ultimate dabbler; she and her sound can’t be pinned down, and she likes it that way. After spending the majority of 2021 and 2022 crafting catchy r&b pop classics (like on her standout I Insist EP), her most recent body of work, I Insist: The Remixes, provides a hint of where she may be headed next. Leaning into her own development and growth as a producer more than ever, you are just as likely to hear a self-produced dance pop remix as you are a hip-hop leaning track next. And then, there is also always an acoustic cover or two waiting for you in the catalog for a rainy day. Outside of music, Celia has also been exploring acting via guest roles in NYC’s The Art of Killin’ It, as well as the creation of short film style music videos in collaboration with Sasha Smith. Musically versatile as ever, 2023 has been a year of exciting, experimental, and more electronic-leaning collaborations for Celia & friends. She’s also been busy making an impact in web3 via her blog, iridescent wave, which strongly features women and/or queer people of color. Overall, she’s excited to explore new styles and make more great music alongside other rising artists via creative collaborations of all kinds.
