Cesar Cipher is an Emcee that was born in Buenos Aires Argentina to an American mother that moved back to the states when he was only 2 years old. He grew up in Chicago until age 10 when his family headed South to West Palm Beach, Florida. He began writing music at age 12 heavily influenced by the early 90's East Coast and some West Coast legends. Performing and battling all through middle school and high school perfecting his style and gaining studio experience. After briefly being involved in several rap groups, 1 being the Wu Watchmen under Wu-Tang Management, he set his sights on a solo career. In 2011, he dropped his freshman album titled "The Walking Dead LP". Followed up by a mixtape in 2012 called "INSOMNIA". Another year later he released his sophomore album titled "80's Baby, 90's Boy, Millennium Man". In 2014 he dropped a third album called L.A.T..E.O.T.T (Light At The End Of The Tunnel)". After that, he took a long break away from music to focus on other avenues of entertainment. Recently he popped up again with a new single called "Side Piece", and promises a lot of new music to come. My analysis of Cesar Cipher is an Old School Emcee with New School Vibes whose voice commands attention with a unique pitch and an extreme variation of styles/flows/cadences whatever you want to call it.
