OKOFUNK was born as Okan with Turkish roots in Germany Cologne and grew up there. As he was a child he grew up with pop, dance and break dance music in the 80s. At the beginning of the 90s he was influenced from Berlin, Detroit and Cologne electronicmusic scene whith techno, acid and later house music. End of the 90s he had few own small parties which he organized with his closest friends and played also in small events for a short time. After a long break, he started producing music at the beginning 2018 and also released mixes for the Radio Stations like MDLBeast Frequencies (KSA), Ibiza Global Radio (ES), Radiodeep (CH), White Label Radio (FR), Redroomsessionsindia (IN) and Nightswim Radio(US). The Special music preferences are from Soulful, House, Deep up to Detroit Techno/House.
