Fer Vázquez is the lead vocalist, songwriter and producer of the Uruguayan band Rombai. In late 2013, he formed his group with some friends as an excuse to hangout and have fun. They released their debut single, “Locuras Contigo”, on social media at the end of 2014. 
 In February 2015, the group released its second single “Yo También”. The success left fans clamoring for more material, which made Rombai one of Uruguay's most successful musical bands. 
 In 2016, the group invited the alluring Argentine singer Emilia Mernes to join. In recent years, the singer continues to bet on the urban genre and making the public vibrate with his music. In 2023, Rombai was shining throughout Latin America, touring Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia with impressive shows. -- Oriundo de Uruguay, Fer Vázquez es el vocalista, compositor y productor de Rombai, banda que ha internacionalizado la cumbia urbana. Rombai logró sentar un precedente dentro de la música urbana en el conosur de Latinoamérica, abriéndole las puertas a un montón de artistas que hoy encabezan los charters y logrando con el tiempo trasladar fronteras y llegar a países como Argentina, Chile, Perú, Bolivia, Paraguay, Ecuador y Colombia, en donde encabeza festivales y llena venues cada vez que viaja.
