Born Tiko Motabatsindi in the south of Johannesburg, PrimeTheGifted’s music serves as a vehicle through which he uses to stimulate people’s feelings through a cohesive blend of hard hitting lyrics, vibes and cinematic beats. 
 Primethegifted blends his deeply rooted heritage of Johannesburg to create a sonic journey that is equal parts energetic and raw. 
 Prime began rapping in the 7th grade but it was only in 2013 that he released his debut Mixtape “The Construct” which amerced a total of 2000 downloads in its first week of release. In 2016 he appeared on Channel O’s Turn Up debuting the music video for “You Know” starring then vuzu presenter, Denise Zimba. Since then PrimeTheGifted has consistently enjoyed air play on the music channel, dropping projects over the years with his most recent offering being ETHOS 2, which now has over 10K streams on streaming platforms. he is set to drop the third and final project from the “ETHOS” series in 2021 which is lead by the Twitter-trending love banger “Wangbiza”. 
 Primethegifted is set to drop a game-changing anthem titled “Lenyora” slated to release on the 19th of November.
