Biography

As the founder of the iconoclastic French group the Grief, Norscq released several unusual electronic albums throughout the '80s. His work as a musician and producer made him a respected figure in the European electronica scene, gaining him many friends in the music and art world as he continued to take on projects. He moved on to the Atlas Project toward the end of the '90s, teaming with some of his favorite artists to create experimental electronica with detailed packaging and CD-ROMs. He finally began releasing material under his own name after the turn of the century, starting with the full-length Lavatronic in 2000. Kenzo - Rouge followed the next year, preceding a remix album of songs from Lavatronic titled Lavatron.X. ~ Bradley Torreano, Rovi
