TIHANE is a Polynesian Croatian artist who blends her Pacific Islander and Eastern European influences in a fusion of exotic melodies and vintage soul. Her multi-cultural collaborations with producers, particularly from East and West Africa, create a unique mixture of diverse musical perspectives. TIHANE was born in California, raised in Hawaii, traveled internationally, lived in Kenya for 10 years and is currently spending most of her time between West Africa and the West Coast of America. Since her early years recording with Grammy Award winning writers/producers and musical pioneers, performing in America, UK, Europe and East, South and West Africa, TIHANE has found a distinguished voice all her own. She most recently performed for BBC Introducing with UK artist, Wandering Lex, and featured a solo acoustic set for UK's Stamp The Wax. Her first single Moana was produced by Ghanaian American producer, Shy Maxwell, recorded at the home of the late great Bill Withers by vocal producer, Ghanian/Ugandan/American artist, Segnon Tiewul.
