Hailing from the Emerald City, the originally trained jazz pianist Blue Rondo shifted to producing hiphop and R&B in the 2010s. Known for having an upbeat soulful sound that combines elements of Jazz, Cuban, Brazilian, Psychadelic Rock, and Gospel. Rondo has collaborated with a wide array of artists such as Sabrina Claudio, IDK, Lauryn Hill, Young Thug, Peter $un, and Trip Carter. In 2018 He released a collaboration with Peter $un called "Don't Forget to Smile", a passion project which combined eclectic hiphop beats with colorful ethereal sounds.
