11 yıldır İstanbul'da yaşayan Matt Loftin'in solo projesi NLP; tarzını dans odaklı post-punk/darkwave olarak tanımlıyor ve DAF, Grauzone, Public Image Limited ve Tones on Tail gibi gruplardan ilham alıyor. Matt; NLP'den önce Housing Crash, Foton Kuşağı, In Hoodies, ve Kutu gibi birçok grupla beraber müzik yaptı, İstanbul'da ve doğup büyüdüğü yer olan Houston, TX'de birçok müzisyenle aynı sahneyi paylaştı. The solo project of long-time Istanbul resident Matt Loftin, NLP is dance-oriented post-punk/darkwave with a nod to bands like DAF, Grauzone, Public Image Limited, and Tones on Tail. Previous to NLP, Matt played in a number of bands including Housing Crash, Foton Kuşağı, In Hoodies, and Kutu. He has appeared on stage and collaborated with many musicians from Istanbul and abroad. He has also been fortunate enough to perform several times in his hometown of Houston, TX in recent years.
