Tuca is a DJ, producer, and music curator whose career spans generations in the electronic music scene. Known for his unique style within House Music, he seamlessly blends Soulful, Deep, and Tech sounds, balancing contemporary trends with influences from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. He has performed alongside renowned names like Afrika Bambaataa, Mochakk, Marky, and Gorgon City, and at prestigious venues such as Laroc Club, D-Edge, and Caos. Since 2017, Tuca has hosted the weekly show New York Feelings, broadcast on New York’s myhouseradio.fm. Additionally, he curates the music at the acclaimed Galeria 1212 in Campinas, Brazil. In 2024, he founded the Bumba Music label, dedicated to exploring rhythmic traditions while connecting them to the modernity of House Music. Tuca is also a member of the Tomba Trio, alongside Marcio S. and Mimi, a project that celebrates the art of vinyl DJing.
