Hamzeh Yeganeh, a Tehran-born pianist, began his musical journey studying classical piano under renowned pianists Gagik Babayan and Vahagn Hayrapetian. Influenced by Keith Emerson, he developed a passion for jazz and progressive rock. Hamzeh further honed his skills in composition at Tehran Art University, where he also taught piano and composition for 3 years. His unique compositions intertwine elements of jazz, rock, and Persian folk music. As the founder of Naima Persian Jazz Band, he released acclaimed albums like "Persian Rug (Persian Contemporary Music)," and "Avareh," earning recognition, including the Best Fusion Album at Barbad Music Festival for "Kahgel." Hamzeh is also the founder, composer, arranger, pianist, and keyboard player of Damahi , where he skillfully blends Persian music with jazz and fusion. Also, in collaboration with the newly emerged alto singer Majid Salari on the album "The Wanderer" Hamzeh composed, arranged, and produced many pieces, showcasing his multifaceted musical talents.
