Glisten is a talented South African DJ and Gqom producer, was born on 21st of June 1996 in Durban village Umbumbulu. His passion for music started at a young age, and he began producing music in 2010. In his early years, Glisten formed a group “TVP Empiire” alongside with his crew, where he was with other producers and made songs like Mlilo Zasha, which gained him recognition in the South African music scene. Glisten's big break came when he had the opportunity to collaborate with one of South Africa's biggest artists, Madanon, on his 2023 album titled Gqom Made Me Do It. This collaboration helped him further establish his name in the industry and gain more fans. Recently, Glisten has released his own album titled Endless Groove, which showcases his unique production style and musical talents. The album has received positive feedback from fans and critics alike, solidifying Glisten's position as one of the most promising young talents in the Gqom music genre.
