Born Timothy A. Romano, Timmy2Shirts, T2S or 2Shirts is a Rapper/Songwriter/Musician out of Long Island, NY. T2S has been writing songs since 2005 when he was 12 years old. He eventually moved onto writing raps to no beats by age 15 in 2008. Much of these never saw the light of day due to lack of confidence and fear of feedback. By age 22, through a friends suggestion and mutual interest he found his way to a studio and began conquering his fears. Since then his music has evolved into what he would say can’t be categorized as a specific genre but more so a blend of all of his musical influences and ideas. Mainly a hobby 2Shirts would tell you that he simply makes the music he wants to make, touching on many messages and moments of his life that he hopes can benefit his listeners in the same if not more powerful ways than music does for him. Timmy2Shirts is a big fan of classic Hip-Hop, Pop Punk music and Rock & Roll. Although he does enjoy some of today’s rap, he’s a big fan of the poetry and substance found in many classic hip-hop takes.
