River Camille (aka David Shoults) is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist (piano, cello, guitar, electronics) from Halifax, NS (K’jipuktuk) whose focus is to create emotional and intimate experiences through music and sound. River’s music can best be described as ambient neoclassical, with hints of electronic and post-rock. His symphonic, tempoless sound is driven by his love for ambient and classical sounds, with a hint of experimental sounds pioneered by Sigur Rós, Ásgeir, Nils Frahm, Ólafur Arnalds, and Explosions In The Sky.
