Jeffrey Ray C. Miguel is a composer/song writer, arranger, educator and singer. He graduated Bachelor of Music in Music Education, Choral Conducting Emphasis at the Conservatory of Music of the University of Santo Tomas in 2017. He started to serve the church as a choir member and accompanist at the age of 9 and his talent in composing music emerged during his years in high school at Don Carlo Cavina School. His music flourished when he started working with Solemne Ministry composing and arranging music for the mass starting with Misa Solemne album which contained new mass songs for the new translation of the Roman Missal (2012), Solemne: Seasons Volume 1 album (2014) containing songs for the Advent and Christmas season, and the recent Solemne: Seasons Volume 2 album (2016) in partnership with the Jesuit Communications which introduced new Filipino mass settings. “Migs” as he is fondly called, currently works as a music educator and serves as a composer, choir member and accompanist.
