He grew up in Dickey Hill apartments as a young child, but trouble and negativity would soon bring him to finishing his teen years in the Baltimore County area. Out of the “hellhole” (as he would describe it), Blackout has been able to overcome a lot of adversity to become a powerful voice in the music community.
