I'm Perf. I began releasing music shortly after leaving the military in 2019 in pursuit of doing me and creating something I loved. Being a Twin Cities native, many early influences stem from listening to the local rock station, 93X, in the car with my dad; Soundgarden, Creed, Disturbed, The Offspring, and Audioslave all helped shape my music in some way. I find pieces of myself within music I can't find anywhere else. I've drawn a ton of inspiration from the music of 6 Dogs, Yung Lean, fats'e, 93FEETOFSMOKE, cr1tter, Lil Peep and the entirety of Gothboiclique. I don't see myself doing anything other than music at this point in my life. I surround myself with music constantly, whether working at local venues, collaborating with other dope artists, or just chillin with some of my favorite records on 🌐
