Megawave the band is Michi Turk, Mike DiGiulio, and Mike McCarthy, formed in 2015 under the name Megaweapon. They changed to Megawave in 2019. In May, they announced that they will be undergoing another rebrand. On 12/3, they released their debut album Rainbow Heartache. This is their fourth release working with producer Nicholas Starrantino (Stolas, Pollyanna). 
 Megawave has shared the stage with national acts including I Fight Dragons, MC Lars, Slingshot Dakota, Creed Bratton from the Office, as well as being featured on Punk Island, TCS NYC Marathon, The Alternative's Streaming Sundays, and Newark Comic Con. They produce a weekly livestream show dedicated to showcasing new music, Megawednesday. They’ve had a variety of special guests including Devon Kay & The Solutions and Tape Girl's first performance.
