They reminisce the classic metal stylings of bands like early Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden, following in the footsteps of heavy acts with strong female leads such as Halestorm and In This Moment Vormir is comprised of guitarist Aaron Decoste and drummer Mitchell Beazley; previous bandmates and members of a number of Halifax local bands including Dark Shrine and 5 Dai Suspension; as well as Andrew Coutts and Corey Norman - previously recognized duo from heavy metal band Hitman ; topped off with the stylings of multi-genre vocalist Megan St. Rose
