From a young age, Sobhan was introduced to an array of multicultural sounds. Starting his musical journey as a drummer and Daf player, Sobhan joined Iranian traditional folk bands. His interest in music further motived him to pursue DJing when he was 18. In 2011, Sobhan migrated to Australia and not longer after he won the Habitat DJ competition in Perth in 2012. His interest in and exposure to world music and electronic music led him to start music production with a focus on ethic and fusion sounds. His second release Reverie had the supports of the like of Black Coffee. Currently, residing in Perth, Western Australia, Sobhan and his friends are running an event brand (Solouk) which showcases electronic music with a touch of organic, tribal, and ethnic undertones.
