Biography

Welcome to the bio of Mike Squires. Born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut, Mike entered the music industry at 16 years old as a director before expanding his expertise to music production and photography. This was only the beginning of a monumental journey working with the likes of — Watsky, Chris Webby, Sammy Adams, Atlus, Ekoh, Ryan Oakes, and many more. His photo book, ‘Believe Before the World Does,’ released in 2021 chronicles his journey on various tours throughout the U.S. and Europe. In 2017, Squires released a collab album with P.MO entitled ‘Life is Good,’ which amounted a whopping 25 million streams and growing. In 2021, Squires’ footage was featured in HBO MAX’s Generation Hustle Episode: “The Party’s Over”, narrated by Ian Bick, whose story stole Connecticut headlines as the youngest man ever sentenced to federal prison in American history. In 2022, Squires stepped it up a notch and released his own album, ‘The Sample Tape: Volume One,’ which solidified him as an artist and was subsequently performed on Chris Webby’s The Inappropriate Tour. Squires works closely with some of the most dedicated artists in the industry to achieve just the right look and feel to ensure each and every song is a masterpiece within its own right. So with nothing but everything on his horizon, Mike aims to continue making a name for himself whether that’s through performance, production, videography — or anything else that may come his way.
