Born (and still living) in the South of France, Alain Gibaud was first drummer in a hard-rock band in the 80s. In the 90s, he composed pop-rock songs for various projects. From 2008 to 2016, he composed electro-pop music (and wrote lyrics) for his daughter Charlotte ("Charlotte and The Band"). In 2020, always interested in electronic sounds, he created his own project under the name of "Tribus Viis" and offers instrumental titles and others where he calls on performers. He regularly collaborates with top-notch sound engineers Matthieu Noé (Studio Pantin) and Bruno Gruel (Elektra Mastering). In April 2022, he signed on the English label "EDM Rekords" for the diffusion and promotion of his track "Stand up for freedom", and in April 2023, he signed his track "Solid love" on the Italian label "Milleville Music".
