Born on the Swedish country side singer Charles Kallin has lead a life of opposites. Music studies in the northern parts of Sweden, work in the southernmost parts of Africa and a whole slew of different hobbies and activities including extreme sports and culture has made for an interesting background. Through all that the love for music has been constant. Charles says being part of a family filled with musicians definitely shapes you and gives you a deep passion for the musical world. He mentions his grandfather, mother and high school music teacher as great role models. Inspiration, he says, comes from the likes of the boss, The Gaslight Anthem and Swedish folk pop icon Nordman. Being part of the trio "Siblings" with his two sisters is the latest chapter in an extensive musical journey. Stay tuned.
