If you like your House or Techno to be deep, rhythmic, hypnotic and surreal, them you may wish to read on further: Iain cut his teeth during the heady days of Sankey Soap's reign as Manchester's favoured destination for switched on lovers of all things underground. Upon the closure of the fabled Mancunion night club in 2007, he migrated not only to Ibiza to take up residency with Space, he also made the transition from DJ to Producer and Record Label Owner. His first forays into production were alongside fellow Manchester based musician Mark Viaal, in what would go onto become the well respected Techno & Electronic House act rEJEKTS. Their productions gained favoured from many of Dance Music's luminaries including Danny Tenaglia, Tiefschwarz, Stephan Bodzin, Locodice, Sahsa, Apollonia, Maceo Plex, Marcel Dettmann, Stacey Pullen, Groove Armada, Dubfire.. Etc etc blah blah, you get the idea! While the label's approach of supporting a wide range of styles also won them favour with a broader range of artists like Alexander Robotnik, DJ Hell, Ivan Smagghe, Ron Basejam, Tensnake, Daniel Stienberg, Popof & Bicep :) After a series of remixes, Iain's own solo productions have been picked up by Fine Coincidence, Slightly Off, Saved Records and he has 3EPs scheduled on his own rEJEKT mUSIC over the course of the rest of 2021.
