In the Pakistani-Music Producer’s debut EP vent, Ali (UNHXLY) explores personal struggles and societal pressures, and also delve into the themes of identity, socialization, and disillusionment. simple confronts stepping out of the shadows and embracing visibility, stressing the comfort of anonymity and the desire to be understood by others. Working with Cam Raleigh, a Los Angeles-based musician, friends delves into the struggle to connect with others amidst societal while better luck next time stands against societal norms and expectations. The project includes contributions from YouTube artists vewn, Path Wei and more. While vent clears a new direction for the Pakistani-musician, UNHXLY’s past work is still something he stands proud by. Having been a member of the Islamabad’s former music collective “soc”, Ali had the chance to work with artists such as Ali Mustafa, Umer Anjum, Fury Rapsters, ASAD and many others. Standout tracks include scars, Bajay 4, Manzil and Fake Leaders.
