Red Monk is a Latin American producer and multi-instrumentalist with a jazz and classical music composition background who graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. He has worked in the composition of multiple film-scores as well as produced for several pop and EDM artists. The blending of different genres such as jazz, pre-hispanic and classical music is what gives Red Monk his signature sound; preferring the use of live looping techniques while playing an array of Latin American instruments and synthesizers. Somewhere in between house music and organic downtempo is where you‘ll find the sweet spot of what Red Monk‘s music is about.
