Iris Bergcrantz is a Swedish jazz/folk singer and composer. Her debut album 'Different Universe' with her own material was critically acclaimed all over the globe and received quotes like: ”This girl is a force of nature” ”New Swedish jazz sensation” Vocal jazz CD of the year”. Iris has studied jazz at the Music Academy in Malmö and graduated in June 2019. She is releasing her second album ”Young Dreams” in January 2020. Iris is also a member of the vocal folk quartet Åkervinda. A group that has been nominated for a Swedish Grammy in the Best Folk Music Category 2019, and performed at one of the biggest scenes in Sweden on live TV (Allsång på Skansen). Iris has also participated in numerous albums such as Raindear’s 'Embers' and 'Skies to my name' Anders Bergcrantz 'Soulfully Yours' - to name a few.
