Biography

Raini Goonatillake - a singer & once actress & daughter of the sensational musical duo Rookantha Goonatillake & Chandralekha Perera. Started off in the year 2009 with her debut ‘Neela Kandu’ written & composed by her father Rookantha Goonatillake, followed by other skyrocketing hits like : ‘Tharumini’, ‘Mathakada Handaawe’ (from the film Sinhawalokanaya), ‘Chanchala Daase’, ‘Nobala’ etc... As of 2009, Raini’s voice has been featured over 8 Tv Drama Theme songs. The most recent being ‘Maha Katharaka’ (for tv series ‘Click’) for which she took home the Raigam Award for ‘The Best Singer in a Teledrama’. 
 Raini is currently a Coach on “The Voice - Teens” - Sri Lanka. #TeamRaini
