Wired Worship is a collective of musicians, singers and song writers from the North West of Ireland. They travel around Ireland to lead worship and connect with other creatives from across the island and beyond. They first started singing writing songs together as part of a small church group, and over time have developed into the collective you see today. All songs are all written by collective members and collaborators and loudly proclaim the love of God and Gospel of Jesus Christ! ''We are passionate about releasing the song of the Irish worshiper and collaborate with many other artists to help see this come to pass.'' The name ‘Wired’ was inspired from the well-known bible story where Jesus instructs his followers to cast their nets into the sea. As they did, they caught a catch so heavy that they had to summon help from other nearby boats to help them. The nets were made from fishing 'wire', which also means to ‘weave,’ and symbolised the network that stretches across the North West of Ireland from one worship leader to another, to facilitate the coming together of thousands of people to worship God in our nation. Wired can be found leading worship anywhere from conferences and weddings to church gatherings to campfires on the beach. We have a street ministry where we play our own homegrown worship songs for passers by and those well-loved songs handed down by previous generations such as 'Amazing Grace' and 'What a Friend We Have in Jesus.'
