Intergalactic Snack Raps. Heady Beats and Scratches. Dinosaur Burps are an alternative hip hop group from Charleston, WV made up of emcee B. Rude, turntablist DJ Sqweazle, and producer/multi-instrumentalist Benny C. Dinosaur Burps have shared the stage with numerous varied and notable artists over the years, including Tyler Childers, Nappy Roots, Afroman, Blueprint, Illogic, R.A. The Rugged Man, Insane Clown Posse, Count Bass D, and RJD2. to name a few. Soon they will be setting out on tour dates with up and coming singer Sierra Ferrell. Their music is equal parts cosmic and terrestrial, fun and self-deprecating, and authentically Appalachian. Their instrumentals draw on elements of many genres, including punk, rock and even bluegrass. They don't take themselves too seriously and their live shows are all about having a good time. With two albums in the can, including the 2012 debut "Mother Nature Wants You Dead" and the 2014 follow-up "Awesome Stuff We Did When Nobody Was Looking", and their third album "The Intergalactic Critter Dinner" due soon, it's time to settle in and get familiar with these lovable heathens.
