Of French and Tunisian decent, Mehdi Ahmadi is a relative newcomer to the international scene but in his local area of Tunis, he is a trusted one that has been heavily involved for many years. A former radio host, he started his radio career at 18 on Radio Tunis chaîne Internationale (RTCI). His broadcasts were about presenting quality indie music as well as being one of the first's locally to play electronic music. Medhi started his journey early on the 90s getting interested in computer aided music while also learning to play guitar, bass and keyboards. Shortly after, he started producing music for short movies and commercials. His vast wealth of knowledge has come from over 25+ years of digging and searching for music collecting a vast library of physical music. Having a love and a knack for creative sampling using new and old equipment has fueled the overall growth in his productions. When asked about what style of music Mehdi would consider his music he says "honestly, I do not have a particular style, I mean, I try to follow my inspiration for something different every time, but to add my own personality to what I do. I think the best music gets unclassified. Where true art comes from. No boundaries". In the past few years, Mehdi had been working on a lot of new music and remixes while managing several radio stations including being CEO of radio Misk.
