Since 2008, Production Duo iLL BLU have continued to push the envelope in UK music production. The duo were pivotal in shaping the UK Funky sound through their work on Princess Nyah’s anthem Frontline, their infamous remix of Shystie's Pull Up, and releases on the esteemed UK label Hyperdub founded by Kode 9. More recently, the pair were the masterminds behind their own hit singles in the UK rap scene, collaborating with heavyweights such as Unknown T, Krept & Konan, Loski and OFB. Working behind the boards with the likes of Headie One, Young T & Bugsey, Tion Wayne, J Hus and C. Tangana to name a few, iLL BLU also produced the majority of MoStack’s top 3 album Stacko, including the hit singles What I Wanna and Shine Girl featuring Stormzy. The producers have gone far beyond their origins, branching out across the UK underground scene while maintaining a strong crossover appeal with each release.
