Garvin Prospere, stage name Lyrical Prospere catchphrase “Tantodee” is a 26 year old multilingual lyricist from a small village in the south of Saint Lucia called Grace. Grace forms part of a picturesque town in Saint Lucia called Vieux Fort which houses the island's main airport, the Hewanorra International Airport. Much like Prospere, Grace is a quiet part of the island. The community is well known for farming, providing much of the island with food products. The artist discovered his talent at a tender age, freestyling to desk drum beats in Primary School. He continued sharpening his skills all through Secondary School by participating in every competition and activity that came his way. Prospere took part and excelled in multiple poetry festivals and jingle competitions within the school, whilst also representing his school at national events. Born on the last day of 1995, the 26 year olds first local hit was called Grace Melody and took the radio by storm. To date, the artist has produced other well known bangers namely High Norm, Wimeh Bompa’w and Gwace Mwè Sorti. Gwace Mwè Sorti would assist the artist in securing the win at “Youthfest” in 2016, a national competition which seeks to assist in boosting the careers of local artists and music producers The artist is lyrically versed in English and French Creole and has a growing following within the French Caribbean Islands “Tantodee!!!”
