Khadijah Lopez is an independent Toronto artist, vocalist and songwriter. Her music is riddled with the warm and retro tones of classic R&B with just enough edge to keep you guessing. Khadijah uses vulnerability to fuel her passion for music, and creates songs that truly resonate with people. She makes music as a form of therapy and reflection, allowing her to embrace the divinity within herself and encourage others to do so. Khadijah, a Remix Project alumni, is used to rubbing shoulders with some of the city’s best in the music industry. Her list of collaborators include Grammy nominated Jordon Manswell, who has produced for the likes of Chris Brown, Daniel Caesar, and Mariah Carey, Akeel Henry who’s currently signed to music legend Babyface, Ynot of Soundsmith (Young Jeezy, Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole), along with Producers/Artist Jay Glavany, Devonteé, Plage84 of Paris’s Roche Musique, J.Regime, AODAN and many others.
