Biography
PhilFo is an independent artist from Virginia Beach, VA, currently based in Richmond. Growing up around music, learning piano & guitar at a young age, and going to his Dad’s band gigs, Philip first started writing music at age 15 and released his first project I Lose My Mind at 6 PM at 17. He’s released a total of 9 projects in this time, including his latest album MAESTRO
