Sri Lankan Tamil creative multidisciplinary, Megan Dhakshini writes mostly about feelings. She is a sucker for the sad stuff and dabbles in short verse about love, loss, lust, longing and lingering things. She is always doing a couple of different things at a time and currently those things are; working as a freelance advertising professional and trilingual voice over artist (because writing poetry does not pay), being mum to a pre-teen girl and singing tamil music on real stages (and on insta reels!) She is taller than most Sri Lankan women and loves sarees, dark chocolate, coffee and silver jewellery and has seven piercings on her face (ok they are mostly on her ears).
