Hi, I’m Lylith! I’m from York, PA but I moved out in Austin, TX to follow my dreams in pursuing music. I was always a musical person, playing 5 different instruments and singing in choir growing up, but was always discouraged from doing music as a career. Eventually when I hit rock bottom trying to be someone I was not I knew I had to do this or who would I become? Even though this is a hard road, it’s worth it because music saves lives and connects people in ways nothing else ever could. I don’t want to tie myself down to one genre just yet. I take inspiration from genres like RnB, lofi, dark pop, K-pop, and screamo so I’m confused myself which genre I am or want to be. Rest assured though, I’m continuously experimenting and learning through those around me with more experience. Check out my newest single “Catch Me” that released on June 10! It’s a lofi meets pop meets RnB type vibe. I wrote the song about wanting to open up to someone I care about but being scared to do so. It’s a catchy but heartfelt song so while it’s relatable, even if it’s a theme you can’t relate it’s still a song you can play on repeat. Stay tuned for the other releases I have up my sleeve though because they are all so diverse.
