Fil (TheGoldrush) is an italian hip hop producer, a fresh breeze of beats from Sicily. His musical career began in the world of rap, where he gained respect thanks to his great talent for freestyle. In the following years, he continued to explore and refine his musical style, actively experiencing the dancehall scene with the Blacklion sound system. His great passion for black music and vinyl collecting strongly inspired him, stimulating him to explore the deepest grooves of his 7"s and to sample elements of soul, funk, jazz and reggae in his works. He grew up on hip hop of the late 90s has always aspired to create a credible and authentic sound with the aim of naturally evolving his style, maintaining the essence of a classic flavour that is always current and innovative. His beats create vivid images, evoke deep emotions and make people move. In recent years, he has consolidated relationships in the US by producing for several rappers from Harlem to Chicago. He is currently finalizing an album with Californian artist Riel Peters and producing singles with artists from various states.
