Kain Fowler, Professionally known as Novakain, started his music career in 2011 teaching himself to mix, master, and produce his own songs. Jumping into the local Detroit rap scene in 2015, Novakain released his debut mixtape “BRAVO”. The Metro Detroit based artist also made a strong presence alongside The Captwolf Collective with their debut album “ Liquor Store Pizza Party At My Crib ”. From the clever, weed-fueled punchlines, to many endlessly smooth flows, Novakain has tapped into an alternative and nostalgic sound, drawing influences from: Lil Wayne, Mac Miller, Drake, Kid Cudi and Kanye West.
