Jeremie J, a fellow Piscean, is a singer/ songwriter from Indonesia. He was raised in the infamous artistic city Bandung, which was also the city where that started his music journey. He first signed with Bandung-based record label, Moko Discover from 2017 to 2019 and has parted ways to further expand his journey. His debut single 'American' was released in 2018. It was produced by Riza Rinanto, the producer of one of the biggest Indonesian Rap Group, ONAR. It was his first song, which was the start of his dilemma of either being a rapper or a singer. He started off writing rap lyrics and then adding melodies on top of it. But then he discovered that he has a deeper emotional connection when he sings his lyrics, rather that rapping it out. He has a wide RnB reference. He was an RnB fan since he was a kid, and it has sparked a soulful and emotional depth in his voice and performance. He was featured in several collaborations throughout his career, including 'So Fine' by ROOKIE ft. Jeremie J, 'Lifeline' by Damero ft. Jeremie J, and 'Soul' by RBA, Jeremie J, and AGLA. He tends to show different colours to every song that he laid his hands on. Jeremie J is an entertainer, he is not a singer with high technicalities. He brings emotions to share to his audience. He describes his songs as a touch of emotion to his audience's heart.
